The Alembiq Manhattan takes whisky from our craft distillery, mixes it with our special aromatic bitters and sweet red vermouth to create a Manhattan that has herbaceous and spicy notes that leaves a warm and slightly bittersweet taste in you palate.
Perfect Serve
Pour 80ml or 90ml of the Manhattan in a large glass or shaker filled with cracked ice cubes. Stir vigorously till properly chilled. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry or with a twist of lemon peel.

The whisky in our Manhattan is a triple-distilled single malt made from grains from the Castille region of Spain that has been aged in oak barrels previously used for Rioja and Pedro Ximénez wines.
Gentian
This "King of Bitter Herbs" is sourced from the Northern mountains of Spain to make our special orange bitters - a dash of which is added to our Manhattan.
